Creating view that lists tickets not assigned to any group

Hi,

 

Currently almost all our tickets on Zendesk are being assigned to some group or the other. However, in out 'unassigned' view, the tickets assigned to these groups are also listed.

 

 

I wanted to create a view where the tickets that have not been assigned to any group or agent are listed.

 

Appreciate any help in this regard.

Hey,

You will most likely want to add Ticket: Group is (Blank) to your filter results, as well as the assignee being blank.

Create a view looking like this:

And you should be good to go! :-)
