Can't save a view - preview works

I'm cloning an existing view.

Modify the Status 'is' 'Closed'.

Hit preview - cool - results listed.

Go to save, error.

sidenote: There are WAY too many topics for users to select from to assign a ticket to.

Hi Jennifer,

The option to create multiple ticket views is available under the Team plan. I suggest that you check your subscription to verify if this is part of your plan. If yes, you may reach out to our Customer Support to further check your account

Am I missing something?  How am I to infer that from this list?  Also, the plan that I'm on, isn't even listed (essentials).

Hi Jennifer,

Unfortunately, Essential plan does not have the feature to create multiple ticket views. Please check Legacy plans.
