I'd like to have a trigger that will set a date field to be 1 day after the date set in another date field. How can I do this? I'm guessing it will involve creating a new dynamic content item.

Triggers don't have time-based conditions that you could use for the worfklow you are trying to achieve. It would be best to use Automations instead just like in my test screenshot
