How can I create a view where I can filter the assignee updated to "-"?

Currently, I wanted to create a view of the untouched tickets assigned to the agents. But when I go to views and search for the assignee updated it is not available.

Hi Alex,

While there is not a View condition that can filter on where "Assignee updated" is null, you could add "Assignee updated" as a column to your view, then apply an ascending sort on that column so that all "-" entries will appear at the top.
