Is it possible to customize the priority names in the agent page to align with our existing types, or add a help widget that explains the meaning of each?

Hey Joseph,

Are you referring to the Priority ticket field? If so, you won't be able to customize those field options. That being said, you can create your own custom field that more aligns with your existing types you use. Hi Brett,
Thank you for the quick response, you are correct that it is the priority ticket field I did want to customize.

Does any facility exist for me to add some type of hint to coach users on how to select the field given our needs?

Hey Joseph,

Perhaps an app in our App Marketplace? I did some quick digging on my end and the Text App may be a good one try out? It looks like you can use the app to get a message to all your agents in the app sidebar.
