Our account is receiving tickets send to different address, i.e. no matter they send to abc@mydomain.com, 123@mydomain.com our inbox will also receive the tickets. We can recognize the source on the ticket header XXX via (xx@mydomain.com) .
Question: How can this be presented on the Explore chart? I cannot find the suitable filter/attribute in Explore…
I can find the condition when setting a trigger, but cannot find the same in Explore..
