I am trying to configure a CNAME for a Zendesk account using Cloudflare. When I access the URL it shows the following error:
Error 1000 Ray ID: 2024-02-06 10:38:44 UTC
DNS points to prohibited IP
It appears that the CNAME is correct:
Type: CNAME
Name: csc
Content: xxxx.zendesk.com
Proxy status DNS only
TTL: Auto
What could be the problem?
What's the URL you're working on to point to your Zendesk subdomain?
