It looks like your Help Center theme has been customized so it may be worth reaching out to your developers to see why this is showing under your search bar. If I had to guess, it may be there to remove the search parameters that a user inputs in the search bar. It's hard to say without having access to your Help Center so I would encourage you to take a look at your Guide theme and make adjustments there.
