Hi, we want to put a disclaimer on a field's description which is red and ideally bold when forms that use the field are being filled out. I don't mind if to achieve this all field descriptions become bold. Is this possible? I've been playing with the style.css to no avail so far!
I'm afraid that it's not possible. Please note that Zendesk Support does not provide direct access to modify CSS for the agent or end-user interface except for the Guide (Help Center) branding. You can customize Guide themes with CSS, but not the Support ticket forms or agent interface styles.
