In our articles for the Help Center, we use attachments when a client needs instructions or an example of how to fill out the required documents.
Such attachments are in doc. and docx format.
Recently we have encountered a problem when clients cannot upload these files or after uploading they are displayed empty unless the client is authorized as a Help Center user. That said, the content of the article is available to all users, and most of our customers remain anonymous when using the Help Center.
The attachment, however, complies with the requirements of the Help Center for the use of such attachments.
