Hi! Please add the ability to utilize an a. b. c. list and not just bullets or numbers. Also, would be HUGE if you all added image annotation ability within the platform. Many other platforms house these abilities, and its wild to me that your KB article editor does not.

Great points! Adding support for a.b.c. lists would definitely improve formatting flexibility beyond just bullets and numbers. And I totally agree—having built-in image annotation capabilities right in the platform would be a huge boost for creating clearer, more informative KB articles.
Hopefully, the product team is listening and can prioritize these enhancements soon!
