Tree structure of my Zendesk

Hello everyone,

I would like to see the tree structure of my Zendek platform to get a global view of the information organization. Today I sometimes create manually some mind maps when I am working on a targeted sub-section. But is there a tool to automatically do this task? Automatically extract the tree structure of the Help center?

Thank you in advance for your tips.

Hi there, thanks for writing in!

Can you share more information about the tree structure you are referring to? If you are looking for a tree-like board/boxes of a category down to sections > articles, currently that is not supported natively but may use the built-in Reordering knowledge base content within categories and sections, and the Viewing and managing your content hierarchy in Arrange Articles.

Otherwise, you may post your guide functionality on your mind in the community as product feedback for Guide. Thank you!

Hello!

Thank you for your answer. :)

I had in mind something more like a "mind map", a visual tree structure, to get a global view of the information organization. Currently, I do it manually with MindMeister website, but it's time-consuming.

You are welcome, Inès POLET
And thank you for sharing your desired functionality. Yes, this is not supported for now in the Guide admin settings but this is good functionality that you can share in the community. Thank you!
