Splitting a week into two ticket "cycles" by time ticket created

I'm trying to figure out how to set up a calculated metric to look at two ticket cycles that's based on both day of week and the time of day the ticket was created. The time spans that I'm trying to look at are:

 

Cycle 1 - Sunday at noon to Wednesday at noon

Cycle 2 - Wednesday at noon to Sunday at noon 

 

I've found some calculated metrics that look at tickets created by hour, but I need the days to be included as well. Is this possible to do? Any help would be much appreciated!
