When searching for articles on our Help Center, we get a lot of articles unrelated to our searched words. Tried using labels and still got many other articles before the one we actually look for.
For example, we have an article talking about Sim cards, set up labels, include the word on the article description, search for the words sim card, and still get many articles that include the word "simple" way before the actual article talking about sim cards.
We do have some custom-made code, could this be affecting the hierarchy of the results when searching for articles?
It's definitely possible that custom code is affecting the search results. It may be worth having your developers take a look at your Guide theme to see if there's anything they can narrow down on their end.
