I kindly ask you is it possible to add a question (Was this helpful?) for the end-user after displaying the recommended articles? Selected option Bots > Standard response tab - "Recommend help center articles".

I know how to do it when the recommended articles option is not selected, but it would be very time consuming to manually add keywords and articles to Bot Answer.

I will be grateful for your help!

Hi Carol,

There are two ways where an article will be presented. The first one is Show help center articles. In this process, you will have the capability to add Ask if question resolved step.

The second option is presenting articles when customers type in free-text that does fall under your answers in Flow builder. It will serve public articles related to the text entered. However, as this is an automated bot response, the only option is to disable or enable it. Adding another question if it was resolved is not yet available. Normally, for end-users that use free-text they have a tendency to type continuously until they find the answers they are looking for. If no match was found, the last option is the Fallback, the bot gives them the option to rephrase their question, or offers up to six possible answers for them to choose from.
