Is there any way to pre-populate a community topic post for end users? We are wanting to give the end users a template to follow when filling out a community post.

There's no native way to set up a template for your end-users when they submit a post within Gather. I recommend creating a feedback post in our Gather Feedback topic using the template provided here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/4408867893658-Product-Feedback-Post-Template
A workaround for now is to provide a template post similar to the one I shared and pin the post in your relevant topics. Let us know if you have any other questions!
