Managing Specific Form Under One Brand

How can I effectively display certain/specific forms under one brand in the help center I created. For instance, there are two buttons to click which are Europe or North America Forms. When the user clicks on Europe Form button I want to ensure only the relevant Europe forms will show after clicking that button. I have provided emails below. I have name the beginning of the Europe forms EU.

      I hope you're doing great. I would like to make sure I correctly understood your goal. Would you like to display only specific forms on Request page in the dropdown when EU Communications is clicked?

      Yes, that is correct! I have multiple forms for the two countries. I would like certain sets of forms  to showcase once the user clicks on the “Europe Button” that is showed in the screen shot. Once they click on that button it will show in the drop down only those Europe Forms and the same thing for North America.

      I believe this will require an if else statement @jakub20 but not sure of the code. Can you provide a code snippet?
