Hello, I'm beginning to explore how best to track Knowledge Base article quality and I'd prefer to do it within Zendesk. How are you tracking the quality of the articles against the KCS Content Standard Checklist within Zendesk?
Is anyone using Swarmica? Have the updated the form to KCS V6 Content Standard Checklist or do we have the option to customize the form?
What about the Search Unify Knowbler? I know it provides a projected quality score, but does it provide the option to capture the score?
