Our Hero Image in our default language has text in it. We want to translate it and upload a different image to our translated help centre
Is there a way to have a unique Hero Image for a translated help centre?

There is currently no option to have a different Hero image for a specific Help Center language. You can post this in Feedback - Help Center (Guide) to request for this feature.
