Inspiration for a 'known issues' support page?

The company I work for has several products, and all products have their own sets of issues that come up every now and again. I'd like to prevent customers from writing in about known issues, and allow them to find the information themselves.

Most issues are tracked in either Trello or Jira. Does anyone have tips/tricks/advice for creating a 'known issues' support page?

Hi Hannah Nees - I assume you have help centers for each of your products? If yes, you can actually use Alert Banners or Promoted Articles to let the customer knows about any known or ongoing issue.
