In Zendesk email, I want first letter of the sentence in Capital

In Zendesk emails, I want to type the first letter of the sentence in Capital. I tried many options, but it didn't work. Can someone help me to set this up in Zendesk? Thank you in advance.

    Hi Asawari,

    Zendesk doesn't natively do any typing manipulation (like Grammarly or something else), and as of the moment, we don't have this feature yet for auto-capitalization for the first letter of the sentence. Right now, even on the ticket composer, we’ll have to manually set the first letter in uppercase.
