Hi ZendesK Community,

I want to not visible my help_center sandbox and sandbox articles into the google search engine and indexing.

I updated this code in my document. head.hbs file

<meta name="robots" content="noindex"/>

But it seems to be not working. My sandbox still appearing on google search.

Can anyone help with this?

    Hello Prasanth,

    Re-indexing could take days to week, however if you notice this not to be the case and you still see your Help Center, you can request Google to re-index their pages; you can find instructions for that here: Ask Google to recrawl your URLs
