I want my users to be able to attach images when they open a ticket from the "submit a request" thing on the help center I already enabled attachment on the setting part, but for some reason, this option doesn't show when opening the page from a mobile.

What am I missing here?  cus when I open the page from my PC, it shows 🥹

Update: I just found out that the only way the image icon is shown is when the users are logged in. but it is not an option for us. Would you happen to have an idea for a workaround?

Hi @naama11 -

Given the yellow color of your Submit button, I'm assuming that you're either working off a Marketplace theme or some customized version of Copenhagen, yeah?

The attachment field shows natively for all users on all devices without modification, so my guess is that there is something in the code that is impacting your output.  Without digging into the code, its hard to say specifically what, but you can try adding a clean version of Copenhagen and temporarily activating it as part of your troubleshooting process.  Keep us posted!

Is there a possibility to add images via drag and drop?

Hey @stephan12

Out of the box, yes, but not necessarily with this custom instance

Hey Naama c, I also experienced your issue; the image would be added into the description box via drag and drop for signed-in users but not for signed-out.

I tried this custom code but it didn't work for me:
