How to restrict ticket form to specific End User ?

Hello,

I would like to create a ticket field value only available to specific End User.
Is it possible to do it ?
If yes, How?

Hey Renaud,

What's the goal you're trying to accomplish by doing this? Nothing comes to mind for this process, but I'd love to hear more about your use case.

Hi @Dan Ross,

At the beginning, the goal was to show specific field value to end user depending their department.
It now moves to show specific field value for a dropdown custom field to agent and not to end user.

Eg: For custom field 1, the dropdown includes Choice A, Choice B and Choice C.
Agents could see the three choices, end users only Choice A and B

Hey Renaud, 

There's nothing I can think of out of the box to restrict field options that are shown to a user based on their user context. I'd be hesitant recommending building anything to access data via the API, you'd need to be very careful not to expose any API credentials client-side to the user.
