Do you know how I can provide visibility to an end-user on SLA status.

Hi @emilie12,

There's no native feature that can share SLA information such as metrics, breaches, and status to end-users both in Support and Guide. You can use an automation to notify a user of an SLA breach. Feel free to check this out here.

You can change the action of the automation to "Email user: requester" instead of "Email user: agent or assignee" in that article. Please note that we don't have a dynamic placeholder that can reference SLA information as mentioned in this post.
