How to display articles (sic) on a section page?

In a Help Center where a section had more than 2 dozen articles (sic), I decided to create some subsections and move some topics into those. So I essentially had a hierarchy that looks like this:

Section Title

    Subsection Title

        Topic Title 1

        Topic Title 2

        Topic Title 3

    Subsection Title

        Topic Title 4

        Topic Title 5

    Subsection Title

        Topic Title 6

        Topic Title 7

        Topic Title 8

        Topic Title 9

        Topic title 10

Topic Title 11

Topic Title 12

Topic Title 13

Topic Title 14

Topic Title 15

Topic Title 16

Topic Title 17

This is how it would look in the “Arrange articles” section of the Guide admin.

When viewing the section above the Section Title as a user, I see the first 5 of the topic under the section. When I click on either the Section Title link or the “See all 7 articles” link, I go to a page where I see all of the subsection titles and the first 5 links to topics in the subsection--but I do not see links to any of the topic in “Section Title”

This is quite problematic.

How do I configure this so viewers see both the topic directly in a section and all of the subsections when viewing a section page?

I also want to know how to do this. My KB has the subsections display limited articles within the containers and are only available when selecting “see all articles”. Further the section articles get pushed to the bottom of the page and are less obvious when appearing under the subsection containers.  The end user can be in the right section but they are bound to miss the important content. It's just not visually appealing for content guides and makes navigation difficult.
