How to create a partner area

Hello.

Is it possible to create a partner area? 

My use case: We have business partners and we want to create an area, where we can leave contracts, provisions, certain information etc. they should have to have a login to enter the area. In Zendesk suite it is possible to create articles and make these visuable for a group of users, but that is not really what I have in mind.

Anyone a clue about it?

Hi Oliver - 

Your best options are either to create a section of your knowledge base that is only visible to this segment of users, or you could do something similar with a community topic. 

Can you tell us more about what you do have in mind that would function differently from these options?

My solution is now to create a segment per Organisation. In that case it is e.g. possible to share an individual content (file or information) to a specific user. 

E.g. if you have individual contracts for each customer it is the only way to share the doc in that way. Otherwise all users of the customer segment are allowed to see the contract ;-) Or is there any other option for that use case?

I see what you mean. Guide wasn't really meant for that sort of document sharing or designed with that sort of use case in mind, so I do not have any other options to suggest for you here. It sounds like you've figured out the best way to use it for your purposes.
