How can I ask first e-mail address then make the customer select the request type in Submit a request page?

Hi,

In the submit a request page, customers are allowed to type their mail adress after selecting the type of the request. Is it possible to ask mail address first and then make customer select the type of the request? The new order should be valid for all types of request.

    Hi Ecem,
     
    I'm afraid it is not possible to move the email address field before the request type, as the request type will define which ticket form will show up and the email address entry is included in the ticket forms. I hope that answers your question. Thank you!
