Does anyone use the Help Center for just tickets? No FAQ or Community or Knowledge articles? What does your setup look like?

We do. See https://support.axonivy.com.

The configuration is in Copenhagen's Edit Code in directory templates, files

  • header.hbs,
  • footer.hbs
  • home_page.hbs.

You remove or comment (<!-- -->) whatever you don't need and add what you require additionally. For us, the latter have largely been links.

You also need to adapt the design (style.css) and the images on the main level.
