Hey!

I want to create a form for ticket submissions. The form will include a dropdown menu for selecting the ticket category. Depending on the category chosen from the dropdown, the user will then be presented with a different form specific to that category.

(on help center of my website).

anyone know how can i do it?

Absolutely! Most Suite plans (Growth and up) as well as the Support Enterprise plans allow you to create multiple ticket forms, and if more than one form is set to be viewable by end-users, then they'll be presented a dropdown list of ticket forms to choose from.
