Help Center Access for End-Users (External)

Hi All, 

 

We require end-users (external) to be signed in before accessing our Help Center. End-users sign into our platform (not Zendesk) using SSO or username/password and can access the Help Center using a link. 

 

Problems: 

  • The link to the Help Center doesn't take some users to the Help Center; instead, it requires them to sign back into our platform. 
  • The link to the Help Center works, but some users don't have access to the articles they need based on their user segment. We found out during troubleshooting that the tags for the user segment are no longer on their profile. 

Thoughts on what could be causing this?
