We recently transferred our support platform from Uservoice to Zendesk. We had a very active community of end users (who logged into their app accounts) and suggested feedback, new features, etc. Now, these end users are forced to login or create a Zendesk account before adding a new post to our community section. We have no idea how to solve this. None of our users are posting new suggestions, they are having issues with creating a Zendesk account as they are not familiar with it, only with our apps to which they have already signed in...how can they add new posts to our community section without creating a Zendesk account?
