Force end user login to create support ticket

I need to disable the option to submit a support ticket without having logged in. In other words, I need to force login in order to create a support ticket. Is that possible?

Hey @daiana11

You've got two options here.  If you want to hide your entire help center, you'd setup a closed Help Center.  If you want users to be able to search but not submit, that would be a restricted Help Center.  Details here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408887573274-Understanding-options-for-end-user-access-and-sign-in

Hi Daiana,

as Brandon already confirmed I would suggest to close the HC and to request a sign in. Otherwise you can also request to enter name and mail address in the form inside HC as well.
