Hello,

We would like to apply a time filter (created_at) and limit the display of ticket results in the "my activities" section for our end users. For example: display only tickets sent in the last 6 months. Is it possible ?

It could be possible by editing the Requests page (requests_page.hbs): the lists of requests or tickets assigned to a user or that a user is CC'd on. But Please take in mind that this will involved custom coding of your Help Center. You check Customizing your help center theme for more details
