Is there a way the Zendesk Mobile App can be extended to include the option for End Users to log and manage their requests via the app instead of the web platform

Basically, it's to get the same functionality on the Help Centre so the end user can:
- Log a request/incident
- Manage and update logged requests and incidents
- View knowledge articles
This way they don't need to log in to the browser app, which is not optimised for mobile use.
