Hi community,

New zendesk (Suite plan: TEAM) suite user here.

Context:
If i login as a customer/enduser i cant see the ticket previously submitted and relative history.
If i log as a administrator i see correctly all the ticket submtted from the customer.

Question:
it is normal behaviour? i think not!
As a admin, how can i give the abilty to customers to see their tickets ?

Hey Stefano, 

The ability for end-users to view their tickets via the help centre portal is available on the Growth Plan and above. You mentioned you're on the Team plan and this doesn't currently have access to this feature. 

The guide below is exactly what you're looking for. You'll need to look at upgrading your plan to the next level at a minimum to be able to access this feature for your customers. :)
