End user portal

need assistance with the end user portal. I am an administrator and am finding it very difficult to log on to the portal and begin configuration. This would be an excellent option if we could use it, are there any guides or anything for starting the portal?

Hi @Davyboy

Zendesk is all about Self Service - they expect that you try to help yourself. This often involves RTFM - where the FM is available electronically on their support site.

Hi!

Just to get you started on logging in, this is where you go when you're on the Zendesk Support portal as an Agent and want to get to Guide:

 

Then you'll be on the Article section of your Help Center. Simply go to the Guide Admin link on the top right:

You'll be taken to the Article Publishing page. To edit your theme and layout, go here and have fun!
