Does anybody know how I can customise the new request page? I've tried looking around in the code but can't seem to find the relevant section. Specifically I want to edit the text above the form drop-down box that currently states "Please choose your issue below".
Maybe i'm being blind but I cannot find it :-)
Hey Adam, as I recall that string is something you can edit from Admin center... Probably on the form settings page.

Hi Erica Girges I'm currently trying to customize the new request page in our Zendesk Help Center, specifically aiming to edit the text above the form dropdown box. The default text currently says "Please choose your issue below," and I would like to modify this to better fit our support structure.
I've navigated through the Admin panel but haven't been able to locate the option to Manage > Ticket Forms. Any pointers or step-by-step instructions would be greatly appreciated!

Update: Found it! I misunderstood the instructions: The text “Please choose your issue below” can be edited from the Admin Center directly and not the Guide Admin Page!

Thank you for posting your question to the Community! If you go to the Admin page (the gear icon ⚙️ in the Support nav), then navigate to Manage > Ticket Forms, you'll find the End User Instructions and should be able to edit that text from there.
