Hi,
Today I tried to activate the end user portal for my company. So i created a subdomain support.codetech.nl and activated the SSL. Then I picked a existing user and attached it to an organisation. I gave the user permission to see all the tickets in the organisation and his own tickets. I logged out and logged in as the user and then I get a redirect to https://support.codetech.nl/hc, this page doesn't exist. How can I make my customers login propperly?

The error "This page does not exist" occurs if the Help Center is enabled but not active for end-users and the end-user has no landing page to navigate to after logging in. More information on activating your Help Center can be found here.
It seems though that you already figured this out as the URL https://support.codetech.nl/hc/nl is already accessible.
Additionally, keep in mind that you need to have at least have Guide Professional to have access to the My Activities page where end-users can track individual and organization ticket requests.
