Hi I'm trying to create a simple Knowledge Base that is accessible by all - our website doesn't require users to log in. Is there any way I can remove the sign in feature without accessing the code of a given theme?

I understand that you are looking to remove the "sign in" button from your Help Center so it doesn't offer the option for end-users to login.
