Conditional Fields not showing in Add Condition

Have Enterprise plan. Created custom fields, created ticket form, saved ticket fields to ticket form. Conditional Fields not showing in Add Condition. Absolutely NO help from Autobot, which keeps referring to document on How to create a ticket field.

hey @patrick29 ,

 

Can you confirm what type of fields? As there are some fields i.e Multi select which you can not do conditionality off the back of, and perhaps why the field is not appearing from you? 

You should also be able to submit a ticket request to ZD Support from within the HC here by Clicking on your profile in the top right corner, and selecting submit a request.
