Can we hyperlinks the Section in Help Center

Hi Shikin, welcome to the Zendesk Community! Unfortunately, there's no native way to hyperlink sections. At the moment, it is only a native feature to add hyperlinks within an article in the Guide instead of a category/section. This could be achievable through customizations but I'd like to manage your expectations that we are unable to provide direct support for account customizations. 
 
If you're using a 3rd party developer for your Guide theme, we encourage you to review the desired workflow with your developer to confirm if this is achievable.  I have included our API resource for more information on customizations to the help center: https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/help_center/help-center-api/sections/
