We would like to add a new documentation category to our HC, however this feature is only available to certain customer tiers. Is there a way for us to only have the tile appear on the homepage after the user logs in? We have already configured SSO so that they must sign in to access the links; it would be a better CX if they could access all associated articles in one place as well.

If you're on our Guide Profession of Enterprise plan, you can create user segments and restrict individual articles using that. User segments can be based on tags added to Organizations and/or users, or by specifically selecting the Organizations and/or users you want to include. Once you've created that user segment (in this case, for the customer tier(s) that have access to this specific feature), you'd set the access on any articles about that feature to signed-in users that belong to that user segment. If all the articles in a given help center Section or Category are hidden to a user because of this access restriction, then that Segment or Category won't appear for the user (so they won't see an empty Section or Category).
