Can Guide articles be marked as "favorites"? Some of my agents would like quick access to the articles they use most.

You can see a list of articles you're following under My Activities in the help center, but by default you're added as a follower to any article or post you comment on, so that list probably isn't a practical way to track "favorite" articles.

I've created a folder in the bookmarks bar of my browser (Chrome) with links to my favorite articles, and that's saved me a lot of time.

I really wish that there was a way that users could bookmark, favorite, or create folders themselves of the Help Center articles that they use most. This would be very helpful for our users. Please bring this feature!

Hi there!

Thank you so much for your valuable feedback! We understand how useful it would be for users to bookmark, favorite, or organize Help Center articles into folders for easier access. At this time, Zendesk Help Center does not have a built-in feature that allows end-users to create personal bookmarks or folders within the Help Center interface.

However, I will definitely pass your suggestion along to our product team for consideration in future updates. User feedback is very important to us and helps guide improvements to our platform.
