Brands Support Page can't add Request Page or New Request page

Hello,

I can't seem to manage requests on my Branded Support Center. I am currently on a trial account is that why?

I'm specifically trying to test this feature to decide if we would like to purchase.

Hey Ryan, 

This is most likely because you're still previewing as an agent/admin on the account which wouldn't have access to the Request or New Request page. If you select the Preview Role at the top and choose anonymous or end-user that should fix the issue. Screenshot for you below:
