On our login page there is an X to close the popup. And if you click on it, then you can only refresh the page, because there is nothing else on the page.
This is because our help center is not publicly accessible.
Do others have the same problem? And how did you solve the problem.

An unnecessary X on the login page
I have tested the default Copenhagen Theme and it does not have the X to close the login window. Please verify if you are using the default Copenhagen theme. If not, it will be advisable to contact the support of the Theme you are using.
