Restore Previous Calibration Dashboard

There was a recent Zendesk QA Calibration Dashboard update made at the end of January that removes the visibility and readability that the previous dashboard provided. Having the side-by-side comparison grid proved to be invaluable to my team.

 

The update was mentioned in a post here but further details were never delivered, as promised, and therefore the update was launched without mention of what would be changing. I understand the desire to make the dashboards look similar, but at this point, it just muddies the waters on what we are actually trying to compare. At this point, I have to export the data myself and manipulate it to get meaningful results from the new Calibration Dashboard. Please revert it back to the simple color-coded grid of before.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with your feedback here. I understand the request however at this time we are not able to commit to prioritizing this feedback. 
 
Thank you for your detailed feedback regarding the recent Zendesk QA Calibration Dashboard update.
 
We understand that the removal of the side-by-side comparison grid has impacted your team’s ability to quickly and easily interpret data, and we appreciate how valuable that feature was to your workflow. The goal of the update was to modernize the dashboard’s appearance and provide enhanced customization, filtering, and improved scalability—however, it is clear that these changes have  affected usability for some users.
 
We also recognize that Looker does not currently support the side-by-side comparison capability, which limits options for replicating this functionality externally. 
 
If you would like, we’d be happy to show you how to access the data in a slightly different view using the current tools, which may help bridge the gap. 
Please let us know if you would be interested in exploring this together.

Hi @betti , as you mention the ability to compare given the current tools, I believe my team and I would love the opprotunity to learn more about these tools. This is something that continues to be a pain point, so anything that can help out is appreciated.

The new design does not display ratings for each question in the scorecard in a comfortable layout. 

Also, when submitted by reviewers, the results do not appear right away. We had a live session, so we had to wait for 10-15 minutes, and even then, not all the results appeared.
