Question on AI Translation for Ticket Conversations (EAP)

We are a part of the EAP and have a question about the translation.

 

Is there a way to train the Zendesk translation model on words or terms that we do not want translated and should stay in the original language?

Hey! Thanks for the question. We don't have a dedicated feature for that training right now, but a great workaround in the meantime is to use custom instructions.
