Product feedback: Shortcuts cannot be restricted by brand

Zendesk Shortcuts currently cannot be restricted by brand and are available globally across all brands once created. In multi‑brand environments, this limitation prevents administrators and authorized team members from tailoring shortcuts to specific brand contexts and increases the risk of agents using incorrect or brand‑inappropriate shortcuts. 

We would expect Shortcuts to support brand‑level restrictions, allowing their visibility and availability to be scoped to relevant brands only.
