All of our users' usage and subscription data are visible in a Messaging conversation as tags.
Based on those tags. With the old Zendesk Live Chat app we were able to trigger proactive messages/chats.
We need this to be implemented in Messaging as well, since it helps us engage customers at key points in their subscription or usage, so that our application users receive information that could help them achieve their goals or be reminded that we are live and can assist them if needed.
We have seen such strategies increase trial-to-paid conversions and feature adoption.
Implementing all of the old trigger conditions would be great. But the tag conditions would be the most important for us.
